Our Bareboat Captains are United States Coast Guard Captains with 100-ton and 200-ton Master Certifications and have a vast knowledge of the water and areas.
Captain Erik Schroeder
Owner/Captain
As a boater from the age of 9, Erik grew up in Northeast St. Petersburg, and if he wasn't at school or playing soccer, he could be found on the water with friends. The quintessential "boat guy," Erik has shared his love of safe boating and the water with family (3 kids) and friends for decades. After getting a taste of working on the water early on, his goal of creating a career out of his love for boating has finally come true. Erik holds his USCG Captain's License and is Certified in First Aid and CPR. He has captained and owned a variety of motor vessels.
Erik and Ryan have been friends since they worked together as teenagers at Pass-A-Grille Marina.

Captain Ryan Hussemann
USCG 200 Ton Captain
Ryan is a Florida Native and boater from an early age. From extended cruises across Florida and the Carribean, Ryan holds a USCG Master's License for vessels up to 200 Tons and is certified in CPR and First Aid. Ryan and Erik have been friends since they were teenagers working together at Pass-A-Grille Marina.
